A collection database you define yourself.
KeepsakeGrid is a collection inventory app for records, coins, cameras, comics, or anything else worth keeping track of. You name the shelves and fill in the fields; there is no licensed catalogue deciding what your collection is allowed to contain.
Collections you define
Name any shelf, then record maker, year, condition, tags, serial or reference numbers, and private notes for each object.
Private photos and details
Up to four private photos per item. Photos, notes, and serial numbers are never included in a shared page or an export file.
Value history you control
Record your own estimates and see each change over time. They stay labelled as your estimates, never appraisals or market prices.
Portable and shareable
Export to JSON or CSV whenever you like, import with a validated preview, and publish one read-only shelf at a time.
What KeepsakeGrid does, and what it does not.
What can I catalogue in KeepsakeGrid?
Anything you collect or want to keep a record of. You create the collections yourself and every object uses the same record: name, maker, year, condition, owned or wishlist status, an estimated value, a serial or reference number, tags, notes, and up to four private photos.
Does KeepsakeGrid tell me what my collection is worth?
No. You record your own estimates and KeepsakeGrid keeps a dated history of how they change. Those figures are labelled as your estimates throughout the product; they are not appraisals, insurance values, or market prices, and nothing is looked up for you.
Is my collection private?
Yes. A workspace is tied to your Google sign-in and is private by default. You can enable a read-only link for one collection at a time, which shows only owned item names, makers, years, conditions, values, and tags. Notes, serial numbers, photos, wishlist items, and your email address are never included, and disabling the link stops it working immediately.
Can I import a spreadsheet I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV with Name and Collection columns, or a KeepsakeGrid JSON backup. Up to 400 rows are inspected and the preview shows valid rows, row-level errors, and duplicates that will be skipped before anything is saved.
Can I get my records back out?
At any time. Export JSON with editable records and value history, or CSV for a spreadsheet. Deleting your account removes your collections, items, photos, value history, and sharing links.
How much can one account hold?
Up to 30 collections and 400 items, with four photos of 5 MB each per item, 24 recorded value changes, and 12 tags.
